Hi any advice is welcome. I have been given a section 21 and I have made sure all the correct documents were included and everything has been done correctly. The only issue I can see is that the agency I have my contract with is not the agency name that appears in the section 21 or the cover letter. They may have been…

Can i ask if you still live in the property and how long the process has taken with the courts? Reason i ask is because i want to know how long this sort of thing takes as we are finding it hard to rent anywhere else privately due to the costs now

it can take many months, but that means you'd be the defendant in court and so, if S21 is valid, you will automatically lose, and thus be liable for a shed load of court costs and more if you wait for a bailiff to physically evict you.
