Industrial Injuries/Retirement allowance

I was granted Ind. Injury pension for life many years ago, assessed at 30%. Upon retirement age my IIP stopped and as I was not working/able to work and I was awarded Retirement allowance. In the last few years my health/mobility has deteriorated and I have been on Attendance allowance for 10 years. Most of my mobility problems originate from the injury which was related to the original awarding of my Industrial Injuries Pension. Can anybody advise if it would be possible to seek a re-assessment of my existing Retirement allowance.
Thanks
