I would suggest, bearing in mind I am not a lawyer-type, that the important points go first in the same order as you have them in your Particulars of Claim with the rest under a sub-heading of supplementary information relating to the underlying PPC's claim OR just not have it at all!
Yellow lines in residential areas have no meaning in law and only the PPC's made up rules. Jopson talks about loading/unloading not being parking.

    Hi All,

I’ve just drafted my WS and Authorities Bundle, even though it’s not due to be sent to the Defendant for another 3 months. This will be my first ever attempt and I would appreciate your feedback.

As per PAP, I am open to settling our differences before the hearing date and I am also aware that some PPC’s monitor this site. I have removed personal details and redacted the other parties on the Defendants side, but I am sure they would still be able to identify my case with the remaining information if they wished.

Do you think it’s worth posting a link to the first draft on here early or wait until nearer the time?

If posting, would it be more beneficial for the members of this site to have Defendant and their associates information unredacted or is this unwise?

    Many thanks

    Thanks Coupon-mad.

Please ignore page numbers which will be sorted in final draft.

Many thanks, in advance, to all that review and provide feedback on my WS.

Assuming the words in capitals and red are for you to correct before submission, I only found these: -
“A milkman leaving his float to carry bottles to the flat would not be “parked”.Nor would a postman delivering delivery letters, a wine merchant delivering a case of wine, and nor, I am satisfied, a retailers van, or indeed the appellant, unloading an and awkward piece of furniture.
However, their decision to reject my appeal was floored flawed and not properly considered by the adjudicator as they based their decision on the Defendants photographic evidence of the Appellants vehicle parked on the land.......
At this point there can be no denying that the defendant was not aware that I am a leaseholder and I own a share of the freehold prior to making the decision to share my personal data with other organisations.

Oops thanks for pointing these out.

Corrected silly mistakes and anything in capitals will be changed before submission. In your opinion, do you think this is sufficient for a data breach claim?

I am not a lawyer so cannot give advice but you seem to have a very detailed WS, which presumably backs up what you put in the POC on your claim.
