How to prevent an incompetent accountant from messing things up for others?

Hi all,
Please can someone help me to understand who to complain to about an accountant that my employer previously used who was basically completely incompetent?
I don't know which regulator she was operating under (it's stated neither on her website nor her LinkedIn profile).
The FCA says it's not them, the ATT says not them - is there a way to find out who?
Thank you
Fedup

https://www.frc.org.uk/complaints/complaints-about-an-accountant-or-actuary/However, if you are using their performance with your firm as a basis of your complaint, would your employer not need to agree to this and to instigate the process? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Was she actually an Accountant? Whilst you need to be qualified to practice, you don't need anything to be a bookkeeper for example or payroll.0
