Are there any window replacement grants available for Universal Credit claimants?

Hi, I recently had a new boiler fitted under the Government scheme, however my windows are old and draughty.  Does anyone know of any reputable window replacement grants / schemes available to people in receipt of Universal Credit?

Also talk to your council.

They have access to various 'funds' that may be able to help with such costs.

(Basically these funds are government allocated money for supporting housholds but each council is tasked with how best to share it out in their area so you apply to the council).
