Any that will accept an Amex BT, really - ideally look for one that doesn't charge a fee.There are sometimes issues with doing a BT from Amex online if the Amex card has a 15-digit card number. I believe that HSBC will allow you to do it online, but you'll probably be able to do it over the phone with most cards.1
