HALIFAX Online Banking feature update - Pay tax to HMRC

I see than when you select an account and choose Payments and Transfers - There is an option to pay tax to HMRC.
It give you a list of HMRC payment options.
Has anyone tried it?
I don't have any tax to pay on interest this tax year unfortunately.

Assuming this is about personal tax, not business. It would be much easier to start in your personal tax account and use Open Banking to pay your tax bill. Halifax is just one of a long list of banks you can pay from, without having to enter any tax reference, and without having to know which HMRC account to pay into.0

I saw this as an optional donation in Lloyds dashboard as well.
I will not be making a contribution this year, they don't deserve it0
