The development opposite as we'd then have river views.
Lower the ground behind the building as we'd then be able to see the football pitch rather than just hear it and have their floodlights coming in the window
Move the bus shelter outside the building back a foot, it's been hit by buses 4 times in the last 12 months and replaced once.
Remove the London premium so we could afford one of the houses rather than just a flat.1 -
Another pointless spam thread from the OP. Reported.

Trees. When I first moved here, the road was lined with pollarded poplars. Over the years, these were removed by the council and never replanted. I for one, would love to see them replanted (not necessarily poplar). It might discourage certain individuals dumping their car(s) on the verge and ruining the grass.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

The grass patch outside our front which every dog in the village seems to use as a toilet when there is a huge area of remote grass not near anyone's house less than 100 yards away. Most of the dog owners do pick it up but it's still not nice as us and neighbour one side need to put out bins out there every week otherwise they are not collected.0
