As this is a copy of the last comment on your other thread can I ask what more do you want.
If they reopen your UC claim with the TP on it then I would say youve been lucky.
Go to the job centre - if it’s like the one my son goes to you’ll get no change out of the security on the front door. Im not sure what your aim in visiting is.
Phone them back, it’s been a week (as of tomorrow) ask what is happening.
Completing a new application isn’t the answer until youve been told to do so by UC.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.

So can you see your journal and everything again now?textbook said:
I stupidly closed my UC account with transitional protection and now trying to reopen it on the phone
So I called them and they said they'd review the case and there would be a good chance they'd reopen the old account with transitional protection. They called me back last Monday 12th and said they were on it and to login soon and check my acccount. When I logged in this morning (Saturday 17th Feb)there was no message. Last week i did get half way through filling in details for new account but never finished it. Call them back? Go into Jobcentre? I can query what's happened until 28th Feb
If not, is there any difference between when you tried to log in previously when it was closed, and when you've now logged in?

Was this the initial claim or the start of the reapplication?textbook said:

start of reapplication. I did call them and they said they're looking at my complaint of being fed misinformation about not bothering to pursue my claim and will contact me with an answer. Two weeks now and no answerSpoonie_Turtle said:

Oh, that doesn't sound good that the reapplication is still sitting on there. I'm sorry I have no idea what else you can do.textbook said:
