All it mentions in only 2 on the lights i included need G9 bulbs 7w and then another mentions G9 28w , none of this makes sense to me i just want to know if theyre 240v or not

    What's the website?
If they are being sold by a high-street name on the UK, and aren't clearly marked otherwise, they will be suitable for the UK's mains voltage.
If they're being sold by an anonymous online store, on an auction site, or a non-UK seller, you'll need to be more careful.
Edit to add: the screenshots look like https://next.co.uk so you can be confident that they suit the UK.
    Second edit:

... except when they're 110-130V and intended for the US market. But the chance of you buying those by accident from Next is pretty remote.

  • Can I recommend  you also look at the bulb wattage and lumens. LED lights are so much better in a lot of circumstances and can be far cheaper to run.

By looking at lumens (pretty much how bright they are) you can gauge what you need for the size of the room.

We've put LEDs throughout the house the difference is very noticeable

The packaging that the light bulbs come in will state the actual wattage and lumens, as well as the colour temperature. Lower colour temperature = warmer, more yellow light, higher = cooler, white or bluer light. It might also state that the bulb brightness is equivalent to a certain wattage of halogen or incandescent bulb. This is all specific to the bulbs, not the light fitting.
