Sorry everyone, if this is a regular question, back in August 23 got ticket from Asda Livingston, appealed as no machines working, lost appeal, heard nothing until today, threats of court or pay £140.
They appear to have an office in Livingston and a phone number that is not in Livingston, 01698912992 .
can they come after me? And will? I live in Scotland and received the threat letter today

No one is going to 'come after you' in Scotland for a single parking ticket. Who on earth did you appeal to?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Gemini parking and then the other lot can’t mind, who they were, parked in the Asda car park for under 3 hours! All machines were broken apparently, didn’t get to it as member of staff told me not to bother as they were not working, and I was OK , mentioned that but was told tough, thing is heard nothing, till now0

You just ignore this. COMPLETELY. Unless you get a Simple Procedure Claim, which you won't. Nothing will happen.
Search the forum though (read recent Scotland parking threads from the past couple of years only) as the law will change in Scotland in about a year (for new private PCNs) & there will in future be a proper appeals service.
In Scotland you will get 'keeper liability' inflicted on you in future. Stupid idea!
Anyway search the forum for those words in bold, as it's all been typed before. Loads of times!

Same. We are law abiding citizens here and nothing we advise risks anyone's credit rating.
