DERILA PILLOWS UP-SELLING

Has anyone else had the same experience of ordering one pillow from this company on-line and being charged for four? Initially we thought it must be our error but research has shown this has happened to many others. Orders cannot be cancelled and returns have to be sent to Lithuania at great expense to the purchaser. We thought we would be protected as it was paid through Paypal but it goes through as an Automatic Payment Subscription and is not regarded as being Unauthorised.

I have had the same experience, except that I received 8 pillows! I have now received a full refund and have not sent the pillows back. I left honest reviews on trustpilot.0
