Hi, has anyone used Zopa for saving?  It seems quite difficult to withdraw funds into a standard current account so I can access my money

If they want a PDF, what's the relevance of paper statements? Do you mean you don't have a PDF to provide to Zopa?

Yes that's right,  the only statement online I have doesn't show my address either

If you don't receive paper statements, you must receive paperless statements in PDF format (which show your address). These can be accessed in online banking, My accounts > [select account] > Statements. If a monthly statement hasn't been generated yet, the account must have been opened recently, in which case, you can only wait.

I think I've misunderstood your previous posts. 

Are you saying that you can deposit funds into your Zopa account from your nominated account, but can't withdraw funds to that same account?
