Right Of Way Removal

Hi, we are currently in the process of buying a house. Stuck in the chain due to one property & the neighbours property having an issue with right of way on the deeds. Agreed to remove once completed, but require all permission/sign offs. Bank is last one left and is being extremely slow to agree or even provide an update. Anyone know how long this usually takes the bank to do & if anything can be done to speed up process?

Depends who "the bank" is, whether they need it to go via surveyors for advice, and what their current backlog is for such things. Nothing you can do to speed it up anyway.1
