I get it. My first property was blighted (in a different way) and I was only 21 and had no idea! 

Part of the reason for us pushing this is to stop them making that mistake again and to warn their friends.  No criticism of them. Lots of older people are also taken by nasty surprise by this scam at residential car parks.  It is a national scandal.
