"refit card"?
If you want a new credit card then try the MSE eligibility checker, it will show you if you are potentially able to get any balance transfer cards.

i just wanted to know which card would be comparable for the m&s card if anybody been through this themselves…thankyou for your reply0

You'll need a non HSBC issued card.
Unless this 'refit' card is actually a store card, in which case you need a money transfer card.

thanksThe M&S card is owned by HSBC, which is why you can't transfer from one to the other. This is noted on their website at the bottom under "Additional Information" : https://www.hsbc.co.uk/credit-cards/products/balance-transfer/#how-to-applyThis is pretty much standard practice for all cards - you can't transfer from one card to another that's owned by the same group. If you look on the MSE article under "Which balance transfer card is best for me", there's a link to "Same bank/group" that shows you who owns what cards : https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/balance-transfer-credit-cards/In most cases it's just a case of seeing what card you're eligible for, checking that it's not part of the same group, then applying for it.
