Faulty item at Skinnydip but no number to contact

I received a damaged phone cover  a few weeks ago from Skinnydip and emailed them to inform them. They’ve not responded and I’ve emailed several times. I’ve tried looking for a number to contact them on,, but there isn’t one. 

What do I do?

Try sending from another email address in case for some reason yours is going to spam? Or use their ticketing system at https://skinnydipsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I’ve received automated confirmation emails saying my emails been received by them, and I’ve completed an online ticket too a few weeks ago but still no response

interesting, thye appear to have thier own laws.
