Lakeland sale has now started online

Well, that's just took me the best part of an hour....... but on viewing my basket all the items are full price :eek: what's that all about then?!?

When I first clicked on the 'bargains' link it was showing 600+ items and now when I click there's only 14.

Am very cross and am certainly NOT paying full price for my stuff. Gah

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Really weird just gone back into site and all the sale prices for the items in my basket have changed to full price now!!

I only put them in this morning before I went to work and now they've all gone up in price.

What's happening???

Thank god it's not just me, I thought I was going mad then!

same thing's happened to me, site so slow to laods, then all the sale items in my basket have reverted to non sale prices, and the Mermaid raking trays have gone out of stock now.
not impressed - shame as Lakeland as usually exemplary.

I eventually got my order in and used the code (kindly supplied earlier in the thread).

My total was £38 and the code said that it was logged but when I went through the process my final email from them stated that I was charged the £38.

I called and they were very helpful, cancelled my order and resubmitted for me over the phone.

New email in for the correct price.

So I got a salter scale and dualit mixer (small) for £28.

Thanks to the OP and the code giver.

The Code reduced the individual prices in the basket - I placed my order thi morning and just got an email to advise it's been dispatched.

Not bad service really!

Thanks to original poster, I have ordered using the code DW1 aswell and it worked fine. Site is running well this morning.

I have just placed an order for a whole load of card making bits and bobs, this will hopefully be my new hobby!! My order was for £25.25 and I used the DW1 code making it £15.25....bargain!!

I finally managed to place an order yesterday but it would not let me use the £10.00 off code. I phoned up and was told that there were problems with the site!! I said that I had been trying for ages so I knew there were problems. The site froze for the operator so she took my details and said she would credit me the £10.00 so I hope this happens. That said I have ordered from Lakeland many times and I have never had problems before.
