Thanks very much @Coupon-mad
DEFENCE SUBMITTED to CCBCAQ at 02:51 - Monday 5th February.

@UmkomaasI wasn't sure about whether or not the original notice of the PCN was POFA compliant or not (I have no paperwork and did not request a SAR) but following the guidance of the template, I admitted to being the driver as although I genuinely can't remember, I know that nobody else would have been driving. Hopefully this is ok?
Will keep you all posted on further movements.

Hi again everyone, I have the questionnaire in front of me and I've read through the instruction on:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325/court-claim-procedure-updated-october-2016/p1
I'm not sure if the instructions cover this particular question, it says something similar but I don't want to just take a guess and assume it's the same as thing.
Can someone confirm that the directions to say no and put in the box below: “The Defendant opposes the Claimant’s request for special directions, and requests that the case be listed for an oral hearing at the defendant’s home court, pursuant to CPR 26.2A(3)”.
Many thanks in advance!

I had a call just then from DCB Legal, automated message asking for me, I just hung up.
Is it necessary that I answer calls like this? Or are they just calling as a final scare tactic to try and get money out of me?
I have completed and returned the questionnaire as of March 30th and have not yet heard anything back from the court.(I'm not the real Peter Parker)0 -
