I recently received a ticket from EURO Car parks - they logged my car as going to Morrison at 11:00am and leaving at 16:04 - with a picture of my car that has definitely been doctored.

The fact remains that I was at Morrisons and did not spend up to 20 minutes before i left, my ring video door bell was a proof, but that aside, I went to the airport after I left the shop and forgot to pay the drop off fee - So that same day at 13:00hr - I got a ticket with a photographic evidence that i was somewhere else, whilst. I was supposed to be parked at Morrison.

So I appealed the ticket and they declined my appeal - informing me that my car might have been cloned. This cloned car came to the supermarket the same time as i did, but one left and the other remained.

I think if they have now gone so low as to be doctoring tickets, then they should be investigated for criminal activities.

I am thinking of the next steps at the moment.

If you think it's 'fraud', report to Action Fraud. But be very careful when throwing around that accusation; can get expensive if you can't produce categoric proof. It's highly unlikely that an almost 100% automated system can suddenly revert to opportunistic 'fraud'. 

Why not simply complain to the Morrisons manager (not to the fob-off frump at Customer Services) taking receipts (and older copies/proof of regular patronage) and a Ms 'More' loyalty card if you have one?  Ms are the best of the big beast supermarkets for cancelling private parking charges from the likes of ECP (their favoured parking bandits).

I hope you didn't pay the airport charge.  Airport charges are the easiest ones to beat.  Nobody ever has to pay them

Show us screenshots of the images shown not on the PCN but online when you log in.  Show us those ECP photos (cover your numberplate).

Did another driver return for petrol?

Or is the second photo from the next day?
