Can't Login GiffGaff - SIM Swap to Action

Have issues with not being able to login with password reset not sending text codes; acknowledging my Username nor Number. I need to do this so I can swap out my old SIM with a new one as I have issues of the SIM not available on my phone. How do I go about resolving this, please? Feel so helpless...

That's a little bit confusing. I think you are saying that you've forgotten your password. But when you go to reset it you can't receive the text codes because you have a problem with your old SIM?

If that's the case then on the login screen of the website click Get Help

Then you'll see the option "Still stuck Contact one of our agents" This gives you a web form to fill in and they will contact you back.

Thanks, @PHK - I tried to Call Agent, but it's given me a form to fill to verify my ID details but I can't answer the following: 

IMEI used on account (dial *#06# from the phone)

SIM Serial Number (SSN) on account (13 digits long and starts 006)

I can't dial out, but I can find the IMEI, but...

the SIM Serial No. I can't find. 

Which means I can't submit the form. Feel like buying a new phone!

The SIM serial number is printed on the SIM nornally. Or if you go into settings you'll find it there. 

For example for an iPhone look in settings /general/about. Then scroll down until you see Giffgaff. You'll see ICCID and a long number beginning 894411006 etc

You want the digits after 894411.

If you are on Android then let us know the make and model and we'll tell you where to look. 

You can find the IMEi by typing *#06# into the keypad of any phone.

Thanks PHK for making the effort in helping me.

I managed to get to a community based free digital skills workshop today and it was found that the SIM card needed a good wipe and the phone worked! I was about to buy a new phone due to the stress I had over the past week not having a phone working. I'm so relieved. It's like having my baby back in my life again!
