Banned on Vinted!

I have been banned on Vinted (selling items I shouldn’t have been apparently… like Christmas decorations a while ago and most recently some unused postpartum items 😕 I’m not a scammer!).

 I made some purchases in the last few days… am I still going to receive my items?! Will the sellers be notified I am banned and then not send them? How can I get my money back if I don’t receive them as my profile is very limited! Thanks

Are you restricted for a certain period on a first warning or is this a full ban for previous warnings? even if it is a full ban the sellers should be sending your items , if they don’t then after 5 working days (plus a few extra for Vinted to get around to it) the sale will be cancelled and your funds released back to you.

Your only issue might be if any of the items are faulty as trying to get a return, even one you pay for is likely to be near impossible as you almost certainly won’t be able to contact the sellers. 

Incidentally it might be worth appealing the  warning on Christmas decorations, depending on when it was. They were banned until quite recently about early November from memory so if the warning was after that it might be over turned. That assumes they were in an allowable Christmas category of course.

What are postpartum items?  I presume you weren't selling the afterbirth!

I suspect baby related items most of which are either specifically banned on Vinted or must be brand new in box. Vinted have very limited categories and sellers are warned when they sell things that aren’t allowed. Too many warnings or ignoring warnings and you get banned.
