ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 26 January 2024.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Friday 16 February 2024.

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of an e-voucher to spend at The Ivy Collection and The Ivy Asia in the UK and Ireland, The Ivy West Street and Granary Square Brasserie worth £500 (five hundred pounds) (the “voucher”). The voucher may be used for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The voucher can also be used to purchase drinks (included alcohol). The voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. 

 

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. The voucher is non-refundable, not for resale and the value of any monetary balance of the voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The balance on the voucher can be checked online at https://gifts.ivycollection.com/check-balance. Any unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed after the stated validity period.
