Yougov log in problems

I had a YouGov account, worked fine, I was nearly at the £50 reward, then it stopped working, couldn't log on as the verification code never arrived. Unable to contact YouGov I set up new account on a different email, that worked fine till the next day when again the code never arrived? Did this twice more, each time they worked initially then I couldn't log in as no code came again. Eventually I tried again but this time gave the postcode of where I 'used' to live. That account has been working fine ever since. I can only assume YouGov have blocked my postcode or just don't want respondents from my current area. If that is the case I wish they had just told me instead of letting me waste so much time trying to get into my account.

They've blocked my account before as I wasn't giving good enough answers or answered to quickly etc. Email them to unblock, sometimes takes a while.

Not strictly on the same topic, but I finally made the £50 from Yougov today!

Without the finance points its been chronically slow.
