Yougov log in problems

Hi, never had this problem before, but I know there have been previous threads, but none as far as I can tell with the same symptoms.
Got logged out of the app, not my choice, it did it itself. When I go back in, it says enter my email address and it will send a code.

100% I have the right email address, but the code doesn’t arrive.
Emailing support goes unanswered.

Has anyone got a phone number for them? A speedier way of getting in touch? Ie will they respond to Twitter?

My wife is in same situation, can't login, doesn't receive verification code, no response from support.One can only assume account was hacked and details changed.0

After a lot of trial and error, [Removed by Forum Team], is a number that will get answered at Yougov and a message to the right team passed on.0

it’s not a referral, sales, a scam, etc.
it’s literally the helpline phone number.
for anyone who does need it, Google (or use a search engine) to find all phone numbers for Yougov and use the one that ends in this year plus 39761 -

Here we are, end of May 2024 and I am having the same problem. How do we contact YouGov for help? Customer support just takes me to the same web page each time, telling me to put in my email address and then the code, which I never received. I have been trying for 6 weeks now.
