ULEZ Scrappage Scheme
Hello, I recently applied for the ULEZ scrappage scheme but my application was refused as it had no operational address. I am a window cleaner and I operate my business from home, the documents that I provided had this address on it which is my operational address so I am confused and at a loss what to do. Has anyone else had this problem. TIA
