Is there any way to bypass it PERMANENTLY, I got the "We need your voice" message when trying to contact them about yet another card chip failure, tried to bypass it by pressing '#' and saying no and got stuck in a death loop where it kept asking to repeat different phrases, asking if I wanted to take out a loan, deciding to tell me my current account balance then going back to the beginning. Even repeating the phrases failed. After 15 minutes I ended up having to use a landline to contact them.0
