Hello all, I feel rubbish today but it may be from the cough medicine I bought yesterday, I don't think it agrees with me. I should have known something was up as I tried to open it last night but it had a kiddie lock on it, should have included "OAP lock" as well on the label ! I had to wait till Mr Fix It woke this morning to open it and even he had a problem but finally managed it. Wish I hadn't bothered with it.
Nothing much going on here today just sitting on the sofa trying to pull myself together ....... and there's not much hope in that 😂 
Gers and NRA hope things go well today.
Izzy 36 days ! Last time it was 60, where did that time go ? Won't be long now.

Oops!  Now changed it to the correct day.

Been to GP and had an X-ray, thankfully nothing nasty, just seems to be a pulled muscle from the coughing, phew.

She's given me Lidocaine patches to put on at night to ease the pain.

It's now pouring down outside so have only collected the meds and come straight home, it'll soon be time for my soup.

Sorry you're still feeling so rough @Ruby, resting up will help.

I got up, showered, dressed and was all ready for work when it dawned on me that I was unfit to drive there and do a days work. I phoned the Doctors - 23rd in the queue which took 20 minutes to get the front of. Anyway, I got an appointment and have a chest and sinus infection, that explains why I've been feeling rough then!.Antibiotics started so expect to be feeling better by 5pm!

That's good news, not that you have the infection but that you got a consultation and now ABs.  They'll soon kick in.
