Currys My Plan login issue

The other day, I wanted to pre-order the upcoming Galaxy S24 using Currys my plan.
After completing all of the formalities and selecting Buy now Pay Later, I was sent to the login page for My Plan.
However I am stuck in a loop where as soon as I enter my email, password, DoB and phone number it loops back to the login page.
I rang creation to explain my situation and they said to send them a screenshot and they'll investigate - without giving me any timeframe.
The irony is that the app login is still working.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? And what course of action should I take moving forward.

The chances of someone on here having your set of circumstances are fairly low
Your course of action would be to either buy the phone outright, use a different firm or wait for Creation to sort the problem. If it's working on the app, why not just use that if it allows this?Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

The app only allows me to check my balance, make payements or increase/decrease my credit limit.0
