Specsavers prescription glasses return?

I got prescription glasses on Sunday but I hate the frame. Iv always had metal frames but iv now had plastic frames and they are so uncomfortable. Will they let me take them back and get a different pair or will I have to repay to get a new pair?

You won't have to pay again. They have a no questions asked policy if you wish to return them within 30 days so don't worry. I believe this info will be on paperwork you have another are posters up in the shop.
Like you I plumped for plastic glasses with no nose
Pads so they couldn't be adjusted, they were so uncomfortable.
