Kfc parking charge Newark

Hi Guys,
I am currently being chased/taken to court re a parking charge (out of hours parking) at KFC Newark by Dcb Legal.
I totally ignored the constant stream of postal demands from Uk Parking control limited.....probably 10 without counting! I only made contact with with the Northampton County Court business centre when they got involved.
I put my reasons for disputing their claim on the Nccbc online form, at this point Dcbl got hold of my phone and email details and have constantly rang with automated calls and also in person even though I insisted they did not as they were harassing me. I've also had 2 emails.
As mentioned in someone else's post I was offered mediation so wanted to see what they would say.......they said they would settle for £170 I offered them without any liability £5 as a gesture. It was refused lol.
So the court date has been allocated for early March unless Dcbl don't pay the £27 court fee by the 6th February. Today I received an email from Dcbl without prejudice wanting to settle for.....£170! They can whistle for it. Car was in car park less than 10 minutes at 9am
Some of the grounds of my dispute are the sign at the entrance is rotated away from you as you turn in from the right so you enter the carpark before you can even see it.
Their evidence is a still picture of a moving car......reason for issue no parking out of hours.
It is a public carpark, their signs have the blue P for parking and this leads you in therefore its entrapment.
There's no information on kfc website about carpark hours or being closed.
There are other reasons but I can't think of them at the moment. What do you think my chances are?

There is another thread about this same site further down this forum page, so I suggest you have a look at that. Take heart that this was yet another case where UKPC discontinued.

DCB Legal are hearing-shy.
We always see them discontinue but that's where people have used our template defence. But having done a DIY defence and not used our Template Defence, you are going to have to rescue this with a decent WS bundle.

UPDATE!!!
So, last week Dcb legal was saying their client (Ukpc) would be prepared to settle for £170..... I emailed back saying in view of the evidence I have i would reject their offer.
Today 5 days before they have to pay £27 to the court to proceed with their claim, i received an email saying their client has instructed them to discontinue court proceedings!
Winner winner chicken dinner......but not at KFC Newark lol
After countless demands, numerous phone calls and several emails It was tempting to just pay the charge and get rid of these leeches but I was determined not to give in and glad I saw it through.
You guys keep up the good work and good advice and thank you.
