Eon tariff renewal

Hi

Has anyone had this when signed in to Eon site or app? There is no option to get a quote or renew tariff. When you try and circumnavigate the system and go through their quote page it tells says you cannot do this online and you need to ring them. I emailed them to query this this as it seems unfair.

Although sometimes the 'renew tariff' option is not available I've always been able to get a list of tariffs for my postcode from the online dashboard, as follows ...

... select Our tariffs ...



... scroll down to the bottom just before T&Cs ...


... enter your postcode to see a list of all current or previous tariffs ...



... I hope you can see the tariffs

If you are on a fix, you can normally renew online within 45 days of your existing tariff end date.

If the option is not there, I've found a phone call does the job.

Cheers for that much appreciated. To be fair they have very quickly sent a list via email. I was just a little annoyed because it seems every time I want to check tariffs the option has disappeared.
