I sincerely hope you'll find the new Single Appeals Service (and the CAB auditors) will apply the new Code properly and the above interpretation will go out the window.

I sincerely hope that there will be no scope for ‘interpretation’ with everything clearly defined, no perceived grey areas and any claims/excuses required to be evidenced.

I sincerely hope that PPC's are made to conform to what ever regulations/terms and conditions/COP etc that are imposed instead of lying, ducking and diving and walking all over everyone like they do now!

There is a pretty nasty consumer-blame culture that does the PPC industry no favours. I can't wait to see that quashed like a spider under my shoe.

The aggression and greed of the PPCs and DRAs is sickening so let's surely agree we all need to see the back of these behaviours from that motley crew, yes?

Can you clear up the VAT on the DRA fee question?  Who's paying it?

Just reporting that I wrote to one of the retailers who then wrote to the landowner on my behalf and had this ticket cancelled.  Great advice from some on this forum e.g. Coupon-mad to write; others i.e. Whatever2023 - not so much.  Good luck to others in their battles. 

This parking location is no longer owned by CBRE, it was sold to Custodian Capital - a private equity firm.

Quite right too.  PPCs can just do one from most locations and would never be missed.
