Looking for recommendations on a new family printer
Our needs are for -
Children's homework
Working from home prints
Scanning to network drive/laptop (both side/duplex scanning)
Photocopying
Print directly off mobile phone
Average prints per month in both black and white and colour - 25
Ink would need to be cost effective (I currently pay £4 a month to HP)
Budget £150

I use Epson XP 325 about £80
Cartridges from Tesco (cheaper elsewhere) 4 separate colours about £8 each0 -
Having bought an Epson WF 4820 to replace a HP OfficeJet last year, I would never buy an Epson again. The software is dire. It took three attempts to install the software before it worked, and the Epson Instant Ink equivalent only works using WiFi, you can;t use wired ethernet! Incredibly daft for a business-oriented printer. Stick with HP. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e HP+ Wireless All-in-One is about on budget. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
