Do you mean this from the Comp. Rules/T&C's?
"To enter the competition you must agree for ilapothecary and The Standard London Hotel to contact you regarding the products/services."

I read that as meaning I was agreeing for them to contact me about the prizes, if a winner.

Couldn't see any specific references to mailing lists or newsletters.
