Ongoing DMP but clear credit history - Mortgage application?

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to ask a question. I'm a few years into a DMP, it started at 35k and probably has another 8/9 years to go.
I had lots of defaults which are due to expire this year so my credit profile will be clear from what I understand.
Will I be able to get a mortgage with a running DMP, but no negative credit history?

Yes but you'll still be shopping in the adverse credit sector and the DMP cost will be treated as a liability for affordability purposes.I am a mortgage broker.
