TRESPASS Poor after sales service

I ordered a top from Trespass which was too big when it arrived, so I returned it for exchange to a smaller size. and tracking shows that Trespass received it at the beginning of January..
After a while I contacted them via their website, and got an auto reply saying a ticket had been created and Customer Service would be in touch.
Nobody contacted me so I tried again a few days later. Same reply, different ticket number. I now have more of the same, but still no action and no top. It was only just over £30 but I definitely get the impression they are fobbing me off.
I paid by debit card, not credit, so I don't suppose the bank can do anything.
Please would anyone know of a better way to contact Trespass, rather than their own website which produces only auto replies? They have a phone number but I am deaf and can't use the phone.
Thanks

You can ask your bank to do a chargeback.
can reclaim the money from the retailer but the retailer has the option to dispute it and the bank will return the money to the retailer, so do not spend any money right away.1 -
You could try contacting them on social media, they appear to have an official Facebook page and a presence on X.
