      Eligibility
    1. This promotion is open to UK residents, aged 18 and over and excludes employees and their immediate families of Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy, Asda and any of their affiliates or agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
    2. No purchase necessary. Internet access required.
    3. Participants are restricted to one entry throughout the promotional period.
    4. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account to vote for their preferred flavour.
    5. There is a maximum of 1 x prize type per person and a maximum of 1 x prize type per household available to be won.
    6. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

      Entry requirements
    1. To enter, participants must:

    2. The flavour with the most votes will be created by Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy as the new NESTLÉ LINDAHLS KVARG 150g pot and available in ASDA stores later in the year. The flavours are not currently available to purchase in store.
      Winner selection and notification
    3. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on 12th February 2024.
    4. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw date by email using the email address included in their original entry. Winners’ prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if the prize is not claimed within 7 days, a re-draw will take place. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
      5. Prize details
    5. There are 6 prizes in total to be won including:

      1. Spa break prize will comprise of:
            i. 1 night’s luxury spa hotel accommodation in the winner’s chosen location (from a list of pre-selected locations with a four-star rating, UK only), based on sharing a double or twin room, breakfast and 1 x bottle of champagne in hotel room on arrival;
            ii. Three-course dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant up to a maximum value of £120 to cover the total for both the winner and their guest including service charge;
            iii. Access to hotel spa facilities with a 60 minute spa treatment per person (dependent on location);
            iv. £500 spending money fulfilled via bank transfer to a UK bank account.
        1. Spa break is subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel is not included within the prize. Bookings exclude Bank Holidays and key event dates during the year including Easter and Christmas and New Year (21st December 2024-2nd January 2025).
        2. Available locations to be shared with winner upon prize verification (subject to availability). Winners will be contacted by Element London, who will share a list of UK locations and venues to choose from. Element London will then work with the winner to book their Spa break.
        3. The Spa break reservation must be agreed and booked within 6 months of winner notification. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
        4. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended. Any amendments required will be at the expense of the winner. Both travellers must be aged 18 or over. The prize also excludes excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly stated above.
        5. Winners will be required to provide bank details via email in order to receive their prize. Winners of the Spa break will also need a valid credit or debit card for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

          General
        1. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters.
        2. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable in part or in full. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to replace entire prize, or prize components, with a prize of equal or greater value. In the event for any reason the user does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the user and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed.
        3. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, voting multiple times, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the terms and conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
        4. Entrants’ consumer data will only be retained for the duration of the promotion for the sole purposes of conducting the draw and notifying the winner. This data will not be used for any other purpose. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.         5. The Promoter may be required to provide evidence that a valid prize award has taken place. As a result, it may provide a winner’s name and the county in which they live in response to a request from a third party.         6. The prize winner may be required to participate in and give their consent to related publicity including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in the Promoter’s publicity.
        7. Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible, nor for any associated costs.
        8. Bulk, trade or third-party applications are not permitted, and will be disqualified.
        9. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions governing this promotion.
        10. The Promoter will aim to produce the chosen favourite flavour by 16th June 2024, for an exclusive launch as a Limited Edition available in ASDA stores only. However, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel production of the Limited Edition flavour in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its control.
        11. Details of the flavour with the most votes and the name and county of winner of the prize draw will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Nestlé Lindahls Kvarg Promotion, Clearsilver Brand Marketing, 3rd Floor, The Tetley, Hunslet Road, Leeds, LS10 1JQ no later than 28 days after the closing date. Clear Silver will administer the prize draw on behalf of Asda.
        12. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
