Would appreciate some advice pls.
I put in a bid on an ebay item from a non-business seller and got this text in the confirmation email.
Does this mean I would be charged +20% on the bid? There is zero mention of VAT in the listing.
Thanks

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -
Thanks elsien that's on point. Even though the item is located in Eastbourne and the seller's location is stated as UK it looks like vat would be added. I'll retract the bid0
