Cost of Living Payment 2024

I have received all cost of living payments to date.

 Due to a work bonus I received a nil award for my UC assessment period 12/11/23-11/12/23. The qualifying period for the Spring 24 COL payment is 13/11/23-12/12/23. 

My latest assessment which I did receive a payment for UC  was 12/12/23-11/01/24 

My question is will I receive the Spring 24 COL payment if I received UC for just 1 day (12/01/2024) of the Qualifying period or do you have needed to be eligible for the whole of the Qualifying period. Hope this makes sense. Help would be appreciated.

The criteria is receiving a universal credit payment during those dates . You did  Not, so unfortunately you don't qualify

The date that yor CoL is based on is the 11th Dec, as you has nil award sadly you won't get a payment.

For the avoidance of doubt, that's not the criteria. The criteria is be entitled to a payment an assessment period that "ended" between those dates.

All that matters is when the end of your assessment period falls. During the qualifying  period your end date was   11th Dec, as you had a nil award there is no payment due.
If the qualifying  period was 13/12/23 to 12/1/24 you would have received a payment, as would have been based on 11th Jan
