Rust inhibitor - small quantity

I'm trying to restore a tiny dish drainer because I can't get another. Been looking for ages.

I've sanded and used Autosol on it but before I use chrome enamel paint on it I'd like to give it my best shot and use some rust inhibitor.
Liquid.

Decades ago you could get small bottles (the size of a general purpose oil) that I used to use on the chrome on my bike wheels.
Tried searching but everything seems to be a pint or more.

I'd welcome any sugestions or advice.

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
