2nd buy to let mortgage for a non UK resident

Hello,
I am from the UK and have been living abroad now in the UAW for 6 years. I have a buy to let mortgage in the UK. I want to buy another property but am finding it difficult to find somewhere that offers a 2nd buy to let mortgage to a non-UK resident. I have enough for a 25% on a house I have seen for around 195,000.
Some banks require the first home to a residential property, in order to qualify to get your second home mortgage as a buy to let (which I don't have)
Does anyone know which banks offer buy to let mortgages for second homes for expats? Thanks a lot in advance for any help.
