I assume that you know this, but in case you weren't aware, and for the benefit of anyone else following the thread, the MOT only has to be valid on the first day of the month that the tax starts (or the day you are taxing it if mid-month), so you could have taxed it in November or before Dec 5th....(And you don't need valid insurance to tax it, in fact DVLA clap their hands with glee if you haven't got insurance and you tax it because you are committing a SORN offence and they can automatically fine you.....)I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
(except air quality and Medical Science)
