Early January 2024 both batteries on our VAX, that was just over a year old, failed within three days of each other.
VAX and batteries came with 3 year guarantee
Initially thought charger faulty, contacted VAX, who asked for serial number of batteries and what light were showing when placed on charger.
Sent pictures, within 24hrs diagnosed batteries faulty and new batteries would be dispatched.
Batteries received within 3 days, everything working fine
No mention of betterment for batteries, no quibble over guarantee, just excellent service
