I will try uploading to MCOL.Do NOT upload your defence to MCOL.0

@Trainerman that is correct, however I am not sure if it has gone to the right department. The issue now, I am not able to login to MCOL as I do not remember the password. I have tried to reset it, however I just get sent a code and when I login, it brings me to https://www.gov.uk/make-court-claim-for-money. when i click make a claim and enter my gateway id i get a 'The request is blocked' message.

Has anyone submitted a defence today? Did you get a similar response?0

@Not_A_Hope, is there a reason why you have suggested I should not upload my defence on MCOL?0

Yes, there is a very good reason.newuser8 said:@Not_A_Hope, is there a reason why you have suggested I should not upload my defence on MCOL?
The MCOL box simply isn't big enough.
It will truncate your Defence and also destroy the formatting.
You have a receipt for your Defence. That's all you need. Stop worrying.0 -
@Debszzzz2, No I didn't cc myself but I can see it in my sent folder. Okay thanks, I will take the response from ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk as evidence of receipt.0

Please - as I said - search the forum for a phrase from that email. It's normal - it is the acknowledgement - and needs no discussion.newuser8 said:I can only hope for the best as I have no other alternative way to submit my defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
