Hi
I entered a 5 year IVA May 2018 with Creditfix. I had a 1 month extension and the last IVA payment was June 2023.
I received confirmation from Creditfix no further payments where due.
Then all went quiet......
I emailed end of December 2023 to check on the completion status as I had not received any formal document to confirm the IVA had been completed. Creditfixs response was as follows;
"Kindly note that your account is in the closure process.

Within a timeframe 3 to 6 month you shall get the final report."
Its now another month and still nothing. Ive emailed Creditfix again today to see it theres an update.
If the IVA is still not completed what is my next step?
Many thanks

Exactly what sourcrates said...they don't rush that bit. Mine took ages to close and for the certificate to arrive. But wouldn't hurt to give them a call - you've got nothing to lose!
And congratulations on finishing your IVA!! Made my last payment earlier this month.0
