hi
We were terribly let down by william h brown agency (whole team from mortgage advisor who sends our application with wrong details to the lawer which cannot complete the simple purchase within 5 month and admin person who claims she could not open documents from the selling party but does not chase anything actively untill we got frustrated - all they want are fees…
What would be the best way to complain about them? - shall we try to reach to their agency headquarter?
write as many reviews online as possible?
is their any property agency watchdog to complaint?
Our purchase might be cancelled by the seller next week due to his frustration as well - can we take the agency to the small court due to gross negligence?

What’s the mortgage company got to do with the solicitor? Or did you use a solicitor/conveyancer recommended by the mortgage company?
Either way, generally speaking they are two separate entities, and you can’t hold one responsible for the mistakes of the other. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
Perhaps posting in the mortgage board isn’t the best place to start.Your post is unclear - what are William brown to you? Have you signed any contracts with them?0

how to complain about william h brown agency? You managed to post on this website. So, I am sure you can manage an email to them.from mortgage advisor who sends our application with wrong details to the lawerI presume you mean a lawyer?
a) why are you involving a lawyer in a house purchase?
b) why would the mortgage broker need to correspond with your lawyer?
This suggests it is not the simple case you make it out to be.What would be the best way to complain about them? - shall we try to reach to their agency headquarter? You need to be careful of libel if you go on a review site rant that cannot be backed up.
