PCN From Euro Parking Services

Hi all,
A PCN from euro parking services this time.
No POFA 2012, no passing onto driver. Letter arrived very late (over Christmas period) so have missed the appeals timeline provided by EPS… is this an issue?

Await a Letter Of/Before Claim from their solicitors or an actual Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC. Im just in the process of trying to find the landowner for this PCN.Which I believe is a cafe. Is it just a case of visiting the store and discussing with them?
