PCN From Euro Parking Services

Hi all,

A PCN from euro parking services this time.

No POFA 2012, no passing onto driver. Letter arrived very late (over Christmas period) so have missed the appeals timeline provided by EPS… is this an issue?

Thanks.

Await a Letter Of/Before Claim from their solicitors or an actual Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC. Come back if you receive either.

How is your complaint to the landowner going?

So just completely ignore the appeals process with Euro Parking Services?

Im just in the process of trying to find the landowner for this PCN.

Which I believe is a cafe. Is it just a case of visiting the store and discussing with them?

The duration of the stay was only 14minutes and a few seconds.

If you've missed the appeal timeline, there seems little purposes in writing just for them to tell you it's too late. But the end result would be the same even if you were within the appeal window.

    Agreed.

Come back if you get a claim within 6 years.
