This is quite complicated, its home insurance renewal time, so will try to get to the point, as its well beyond time to move on to another insurer, ive stopped the auto renewal on the old one, not thinking ofcourse, i did a quote on a comparison site and got a good quote forgetting this is a business address, though no buisness has been conducted here for some time, so rang the number and got a guy who wanted to combine it with the existing car insurance for a different quote alltogether which came to more (not including the car) for less days, the car ends in september, and less spec than the comparison site, i explained that i would be a fool if i went for that (it included the buisness/no buisness thing bye the way) and that the other was cheaper longer and better, he understood and put me forward to another dept after a short time i got cut off, apparently they need to speak to me so i assume its about the buisness/no buisness as they have put a block on the comparison site quote, where do i stand from here.
or is this gonna be either a storm in a teacup or a waste of time and start again.

So is like a flat above a shop but the shop is empty? Are you the freeholder of the complete building or a leaseholder? Any other units in the building? Is the "business" part yours? Is the business part empty or used for residential purposes?0
