ASOS returns

Hi,

Brought son clothing for Xmas, some of it doesn’t fit/doesn’t like. Requested return which was accepted but then totally didn’t see return dates and now 5 days after return, qr code expired.

Contacted asos, no refund but asked for gift voucher. Said only warehouse will issue. Won’t issue another barcode. They said I can pay to send.

Can I ask if anyone has done this? It’s over £250 so a lot of money.

i know the law says 14 days are refund requested but I suppose that’s included in the 28 days.

You have 28 days from receipt to return for a refund. Yes, 14 days is part of the 28 days.
